- Perform ultrasound evaluation of pneumothorax, pleural effusion and pulmonary edema.
- Demonstrate techniques for evaluating fractures and eye injuries.
- Recognize abnormal characteristics associated with trauma.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Sonographers, physicians and other medical professionals who will be performing trauma ultrasound. Physician participants may include (but is not limited to) : emergency, critical care, internal medicine, primary care, and radiology.
