Ordering & Delivery
How does the website work?
Place an order → receive a secure download link by email. When we’re online, delivery is ~15 minutes; otherwise within 1–8 hours.
Which cloud do you use?
Default delivery is Google Drive. On request, we can use pCloud or Mega.
Do the links expire?
Links are intended for long-term access. If a link ever needs renewal, contact us and we’ll re-issue it quickly.
Files & Formats
What formats are included?
As listed per product: Video (MP4/TS), Audio (MP3), Documents (PDF/DOCX/PPTX). All files are delivered in maximum quality.
Are files easy to use?
Yes. Files are widely compatible across modern devices and learning setups.
What if I need a different format?
Email or message us on Telegram with your request. If feasible, we’ll provide an alternate format or guidance.
Content & Access
Do you issue certificates?
No. We provide course media (video, audio, documents) only.
Is sharing allowed?
Purchases are licensed for your personal study use. Sharing or re-uploading files/links is not permitted.
A course I want isn’t listed—can you source it?
Yes—send the course title and publisher by email or via Telegram or the form. We’ll try to add it promptly.
