We respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to valid notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1) Our Policy
Upon receipt of a complete DMCA notice, we investigate and may remove or disable access to the material and/or links in question. We may also, where applicable, limit or terminate access for repeat infringers.
2) Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
Email the following to [email protected] with subject “DMCA Notice”:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s).
- Exact location of the allegedly infringing material on our website (full URL) and, if applicable, referenced file names or IDs.
- Your full contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
- Good-faith statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
- Accuracy statement: “The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.”
3) Submit a Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, email “DMCA Counter-Notice” to the same address including:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone, and email.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of competent courts and acceptance of service from the original complainant or their agent.
4) Important Notes
- Submitting false or misleading notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability.
- We primarily provide access via Google Drive (and on request, pCloud or Mega). Valid notices related to listings, metadata, or links on our site will be processed.
- Typical response window: 1–2 business days after receiving a complete notice.
