2) Refund Eligibility Window
Refund requests are accepted within 2 days (48 hours) from the time of purchase as recorded in your order confirmation email.
Requests submitted after this period are not eligible.
3) When You Can Request a Refund
You may request a refund within the 2-day window in the following situations:

4) Situations That Are Not Eligible
Because our products are instant digital downloads, refunds are generally not granted in the following cases:
- You have received the correct course in full, as described on the product page, and simply no longer want it.
- You expected different topics or teaching style but the course matches the description and sample information we provide.
- You purchased a course without checking the listed formats or content outline on the product page.
- Access issues caused by account sharing or redistribution of our links to third parties.
